There are many responders in Knox County that work for multiple agencies. 
 
Dealing with the duplicates in the database will be a issue for us to deal with when we get to the reporting phase.
 
I just want to make sure that we are on the same page and that even though they work for several agencies, that they have the same qualifications listed on every card.

The Town of Farraguts 43 employees will soon be entered in Web ID.
 
This will definitely be a learning experience adding municipal employees that are not responders.

Thank all of you for being so patient and understanding.  We are learning as we go!
 
It has come to my attention that a few people have more that 15 qualifications!!
 
In order to create more room on the cards, it seems reasonable to me to eliminate pre-requisites,  Example, if you have had ICS 400,  ICS 100, 200 and 300 are prerequsites and it is not necessary to put all of them on the card.    Same goes for Hazmat Specialist.  You must have had awareness, and operations to become a specialist, so you don't have to put all on the card, also ERT-BC requires ERT-awareness first. It is not necesary to put both.
 
Clarification on qualifications
 
BOAT - means this person is certified to operate one of the response agency boats - Rescue Squad, KFD, KPD, etc. Not just that they know how to operate one
 
ERC - Emergency Response Coordinator - means this persons job title is ERC for agencies like the Health Department, etc.
 
EMD - Emergency Medical Dispatch - means that you are APCO certified.
 
EMT is Basic EMT - EMTS is specialist like EMT-IV
 
Languages -  Any individual that lists a language must be fluent in that language, not just have taken a class.
